The Briham PRH 3 was a space frame chassis version of the Mk 2, designed to meet Formula Ford regulations.

A single prototype was built, however it was never raced. Only a single photo is known to exist of the finished car.

The design and prototype were further developed into the Mk 6 Formula Ford.
